What should be done in order to get a CD on time and without any problem?

To order a CD, please email your current address in the language of your country of residence to our e-mail address:

There are two ways to pay for CD:

• Use PayPal Internet system. PayPal allows you to order and pay for the CD with the least time and full security in the transfer of money. PayPal accepts most credit and debit cards, and can pay for your purchases directly from your bank account (in this case registration for PayPal is required). Buyer does not incur the cost for using the system PayPal. In addition, if for whatever reason, you have not received your CD, PayPal will reimburse you. • If you for any reason are unable or unwilling to use PayPal, you will be offered an alternative payment method. In your e-mail to orderdisk@russkoetvfree.com along with the CD order please specify that you can not pay for the CD through PayPal.

We ship the CDs daily, excluding weekends and holidays, in mail envelopes with a solid liner and layer of soft paper. Insurance is not provided, because of low price and small chance of breakage during shipment.

Our policy for return and exchange are within two weeks of receiving CD by the client. Customer will pay the return shipment costs in this case.
